|WILLIAMSTON COMMUNITY APPEARANCE COMMISSION|
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Six members are appointed by the Town Board. Their primary function is to make careful studies of the visual problems and needs of the municipality within its area of zoning jurisdiction and make plans and carry out programs that will enhance and improve the visual quality and aesthetic characteristics of its jurisdiction. Whereupon, they will make recommendations to the Planning and/or the Town Board.
TERM OF OFFICE: Terms of members shall be three years except the initial terms of three of the
members shall be two years in order that there be staggered terms.
MEETINGS: 3rd Tuesday monthly
TIME: 3:30 p.m.
MAXIMUM TERMS: 2
THE WILLIAMSTON DOWNTOWN DESIGN COMMITTEE MEETS AT 3:00 P.M. ON THE SAME MEETING SCHEDULE.
